About GreenSHIP
GreenSHIP is the brainchild of Dr. Elangovan Muniyandy, M.E., Dr.Eng., who holds a doctorate in Naval Architecture from Japan. He along with a group of technical experts from different domain (Naval architect, CFD, Modelling, Database, ship operations and software) came together with a single minded devotion to work collectively to indigenously develop Ship Design and operation technology which has hitherto been the sole prerogative of many European and overseas companies. In a land abounding with exceptional talent and qualified professionals, the only thing lacking is platform to work together. What GreenSHIP does is source some of the best naval architects, marine and hydro-dynamic engineers in the country to develop superior and world-class software solutions for the shipping/marine industry by integrating the latest and most advanced technologies available. When millions of dollars are being spent overseas for building a ‘Company’, GreenSHIP wishes to offer the same state-of-art services on home soil and at a comparatively lesser price. GreenSHIP objective is to develop technology that takes care of all aspects of ship design and operations. The company is also sensitive to the existing environmental concerns and wishes to do its bit by implementing designs and safe practices that are eco-friendly. GreenSHIP is also open to associating with interested and like minded establishments, enterprises or governmental bodies in its research and development endeavor to design and develop some of the best technologies and solutions that are on par with the globally best.
